Refund Policy

At Awwal Design, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing themes, templates, and modules from our marketplace. This refund policy applies only to items sold through HubSpot marketplace and is intended for marketing and informational purposes.

 
Refund Window:

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your marketplace purchase.

 
Eligibility for Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. Please provide your order details and a valid reason for the refund.

 
How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, go to HubSpot settings and select Marketplace Downloads. Click Action and click Request a refund. Make sure to add a refund reason and submit. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

 
Important Note on Product Usage:

If we determine that any part of the code, design, or content from our marketplace themes, templates, or modules has been copied, extracted, or used in any way after purchase, the refund request will be automatically rejected. Awwal Design reserves the right to deny refunds and take appropriate action if there is evidence of unauthorized use or distribution of our marketplace products.

 
Exceptions:

Refunds will not be granted after the 48-hour window. Additionally, refunds may not be provided if the product has been downloaded and used extensively or if there is evidence of misuse.
